Justin has over 17 years of experience in the Life Sciences & Health sector, where he worked in commercial and leadership roles at several global companies. His background includes positions in (Key) Account Management, Business Development, and serving as Head of Sales. He now uses this expertise to inspire and train professionals through his own training and consultancy firm, Just ReDesign Commercial Solutions.
