Leading Beyond the Gantt: Soft Skills That Scale Pharma Projects
On the 9th of October the ISPE PM CoP and WIP will jointly host an event in Belgium on soft skills in pharma projects. Soft skills are often underestimated in pharmaceutical project management. Technical expertise is essential, but the ability to connect with people often determines whether a project succeeds or stalls.
